Their abysmal response time to this issue has turned this game from a 11/10 game into a 4/10. Laughable. 

absolutely no other industry could get away with this. Imagine if Volvo released a car where all their left passenger doors ceased to open. Or if one scene in a movie was always skipped on the DVD. Or if one third of apps on a IPhone were locked, and in response these companies said “oh we’ll fix it eventually.” The CPSC would ensure that they never released another product ever again. 

Bah. I know I sound like a broken record here. Just venting frustration 

Very sad. For me, this game was the reason to buy a PS5. Due to this bug, my desire has currently passed and I will only play again when the error has been cleared up. Even more embarrassing is that almost the same mistake already came with Fallen Order.
@EA Please give the players a special outfit in the game or the possibility to replace the character with others as was possible in Force Unleashed (Darth vader, Maul, Obi-Wan...)
