Thanks for sharing this! We may be running into an issue with adding it to your account, To confirm you select the optoin to add the game to your library > attempt and fail at getting the game to download > then continue to have the option to add it to your library again?

If you have already tried the steps I mentioned above, could we see if creating a new local admin account makes any difference? 

Also, to check are you trying to install and play Jedi Survivor on an HDD or SSD?

OH MY GOD ! All Games works , all games starting download instantly only Jedi Jurvivor not ! I was made a new windows fresh instalation and a new EA app fresh instalation and same issue, Jedi survivor don;t starting download ! i can download every game from anywhere Uplay , Steam , Epic Games , Battlenet , Only Jedi survivor from Electronic Arts can't ! My Ea Pro Play will expire soon and i pay for nothing ! Should i must reclaim this issue to EA Manager ? And tell him his workers sleep on theyrs chairs and do nothing to solve this issue ?

im facing the same issue and when i tried to add it to library, i do not get an error message but i dont see the game being added to library. 

Same issue going on here and jedi survivor is the only game in ea app causing this. This is beyond frustrating, looked up on the internet and they have not been able to solve this for anybody !!! 14700k+4tb Gen 4+ 32gb ddr5+ 4090. Our PCs arent the issue here, it is the godforsaken absolutely disgusting technical support of EA

Same issue with Jedi Survivor. Other games start downloading immidiatly after pressing download button. 

I have the same problem. The game does not start the download. The installation path has been placed on an SSD. I have also completed all the listed troubleshooting steps without success. Please help.

Really weird, that this problem has not been solved after 3 weeks :/

Maybe a "DirectX Diagnostic (DxDiag) Report" will help the people at EA to identify the problem. I'm also sending a screenshot of the error message I get when I try to download Star Wars: Jedi Survivor. And yes, I have been waiting for several minutes - as the error message indicates - but this has been going on for hours or rather days.
It may also be useful to know that I have or should have access to Star Wars: Jedi Survivor via Microsoft GamePass.

Same thing happening for me as what everyone else here is saying. Did all the items on the list and still get the error.
I also should be able to access through XBox Game Pass.

Did you not read anything he said? Were all experiencing the same problem that just so happened to happen when your game went on sale on all platforms. Maybe see if that's where you guys messed up because it seems like there's a wall thinking we need to pay the scumbag of a company more money for a free broken game on game pass. A game should never just uninstall itself from all libraries unless something went wrong with authentication and was missing a key or something. It's just a thought, but surely a full team of devs can fix it just like how you fixed survivor on pc.

That's also my case, I've already paid the subscription for this month and I cannot re download this game after it just uninstalled from my library
