After many hours of researching a fix i put together some methods that fixed this for me in a video tutorial hope it works for you also:

deactivating raytracing worked for me. i had the problem on jedha only
even with ray tracing on or off I still get that crash and can be anywhere
I have also turned ray tracing off but nothing changed. Still getting following error and been wondering when I will be ble to play this game without any issues

I just did not renew EA Play Pro since no progression for a really long time and I was not able to play the game almost at all. Will track the updates here but I guess it is best to continue with Diablo IV for now.
Still waiting on a fix! Particularly with ray tracing on in Jedha. 4090/13700k/ 32 gb DDR5.
