I'm having the same problem and I've just finished the game, trying to get the last few things on corrusant since you need an electronic dart for some of the doors but bd isn't working as intended, I had no problem till after the games ending
I've encountered the same issue - completed the game and thought I'd try game+. I was noticing a few issues with BD-1 but thought as the game goes it will rectify itself. I've got to the Devastated Settlement to spray the black stuff and he simply won't respond whatsoever. I also noticed since completing the game it doesn't respond well to force confusion. Really frustrating as hell!
