Hey @Talimus_Saiyan,

It sounds like something went wrong with your order and therefore the pre-order didn't go through.

Unfortunately, there isn't really a way to fix this, other than cancelling the pre-order and ordering it again so it hopefully goes through. However, if you do this, you'll not have access to the pre-order bonuses as the game has launched already.

    The order still says processing though. Is there no way I can complete the order as is?

    @EA_Leeuw Will the pre order content at least be released to purchase as dlc later? I was really looking forward to it. I don't know why the order didn't process.

    I, unfortunately, have no information available regarding if the pre-order content will ever be available for purchase again at a later date.
