I dont have the game in my library i dont know why, anyone have the same problem? I pust a ticket and the only repy the gave is to come and ask in the forums, im upset and i hope i dont have to buy the game again.

Same problem. I redeemed my game code from Best But in the EA app, and it accepted my code, but the game doesn't show up in my library.
Same, bought Survivor on Instant Gaming, redeemed the code, it worked. The game is not in my library. I signed out and in, uninstalled and re installed EA app, still nothing, its been more then 35 hours and still no solutions. Can't play

I believe I have found one workaround to the issue. I was also having this issue after getting a code from GameStop, and it was not appearing in the EA app.
The workaround: I installed an old version of Origin and the game appeared there.
For the workaround, this means uninstalling the EA app altogether.
Then, I downloaded and installed Origin 10.5.99 from https://origin.en.uptodown.com/windows/versions and logged in normally. During the setup of Origin, I turned off automatic updates of Origin.
Jedi Survivor appeared just fine in the old version of Origin (see attached image).
This should help if you're hoping to play the game right at this moment. Of course, it doesn't fix the EA app issue itself, but it's just a temporary workaround I found.
Yeah thanks for the heads up EA, it appears Instant Gaming is set on refusing to help us further, Personnally they just gave me another key that didnt work either and now they just say they cant do anything more so they just basically stole my money. Its beyond outrageous.
And unfortunatly the ORigin workaround doesnt work anymore after a recent update, thank you for the tip tho, mate.
that website you provided wont work for me, how do you stop the updates before installing it? I see Jedi Survivor but I keep getting that EA upgrade pop up in the way ☹️ I dont know how to stop it
