@vaidder  The inability to use the arrow keys for movement is a known issue due to the keys being bound to menu navigation.  There's a master thread here, if you'd like to post:

For the rest, what happens when you try to change the settings?  I had trouble until I realized I had to use the arrow keys to choose the setting I wanted to change, then press space or return to select it, before pressing the key I wanted to bind.  If that's not working for you, please describe what you see.
