This did it! Thank you @pepain91 !! My first run through, only 1 boggling showed up. Didn't know there were supposed to be multiple bogglings at the wall jump and up at the view point. Good catch and find!

Can confirm that this worked! Went back to the previous meditation point, rested and saw the Boglings this time. I thought it was odd that I didn't see them but heard dialogue mentioning them. Make sure to interact with the Bogling right before the area where the cutscene triggers. 

Can confirm this worked for me! I originally had the Bogling on the ledge of the puzzle, however they weren't at the base of the walljump. Teleporting back to the previous meditation point, resting, and running back resulted in them being there as a tutorial for the walljump mechanic and cutscene then played without error. Thanks very much @pepain91 🙂
