Re: Where do I acess 'my collection'?

I bought jedi survivor on stream last week but demanded a refund because I could never reach the main menu even though I matched the minimal requirements.
Today I bought it back on instant gaming, activated it on the ea app but when I tried to install it, I got an error message regarding the failed preparation of the download.
I then cleared the cache, but now my game is nowhere to be found on the one hand, but the activation code is considered as "used" on the other hand.

Any clue what the matter is ?
