Rehabilitation wing door stuck closed

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug Rehabilitation door. Went up elevator in tower after battling to forest array. Saved game at the tower top then sliced door controls. Went back down the elevator to get a bit more xp so I could get another level up. Went back up the tower and saved again before heading to the door. The door shows green on the map now but remains closed and locked with no ability to slice it open again at the terminal. Tried re-loading saved game, adjusting difficulty, backtracking, restarting game and ps5 with no luck. Fast travel option is greyed out as well. Cannot progress story at this point.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure if following steps above will lock up for you or not.
What happens when the bug occurs? See above.
What do you expect to see? Normally door would be open to allow me to enter the tank area.

The game and system are up to date for patches etc.

Any help is appreciated.

    @EmAbHanDelAnn  Have you tried fast-traveling away and back to the top of the tower; or away and to the previous meditation point, then working your way to the tower again?

    The Fast travel option is greyed out / disabled. I did try and just work my way to a nearby meditation point. It was disabled as well. Thanks

    @EmAbHanDelAnn  I'm sorry, I don't know what else to tell you since quitting and reloading didn't help.  I don't think there's any way to force the door open.  If you don't want to wait for a fix that might never come, you're unfortunately stuck starting a new save.
