Save-Breaking Bug!!! Cutscene in Rehabilitation Wing Not Triggering

Summarize your bug The cutscene in Rehabilitation Wing bugged and the game crashed. And now the cutscene no longer triggers and I can't be transported to Tanalorr to continue the story. I'm just stuck and can't play in my save. This is not acceptable!!!
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Somehow have the Rehabilitation Wing cutscene glitch out and not trigger properly.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am left stuck in the Rehabilitation Wing and can't progress with the story. My 20 hour save is ruined!!!
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a cutscene and to get transported to Tanalorr.
