Seed Pods disappear from inventory when the garden is opened

Summarize your bug When I start my game, it shows that I have 9 Koboh seed pods in my inventory. As soon as I open up the garden, my seed pod inventory resets to 0 and it shows that I have no seeds available to plant. Pili will talk to me as if I have new seeds to plant in my inventory, but I am unable to get them to appear from the garden menu. I have to return to an earlier save to return the missing seeds to my inventory.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens every time I open the garden. I'm not sure how to replicate the issue as I haven't seen this solved when searching online
What happens when the bug occurs? Before opening the garden, my inventory shows I have seeds available to plant. As soon as I open the garden, all seed pods collected will reset to zero and I am unable to plant any new plants in the garden
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the seed pods I collected appear in my available seeds when I open the garden menu

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the issue is still occuring. I attached three screenshots of the issue where it shows my inventory before visiting the garden, what I see when I open the garden, and my inventory afterwards.
