I'm uninstalling the game completely and reinstalling it through the EA App... Speeds are at 110 mbps.

Mine is slowly and I mean SLOWLEY moving. I've gotten upto 545mb's. At a guess its server overload
@TrulyMisterRJSame happens to me. Actually, my Disk usage goes from 400 mb/s to like, well, 0. But my CPU usage remains at 100%. I can't download properly, nor can I play something else.
