@EGhatch88 Been having the same issue collected all 100 shards made a save just before going to doma
Purchased everything didn't pop reloaded the save tried again no luck.
3rd time I tried I would buy one item back out off the shop screen and let doma speak go back buy one item back out again let her speak rinsed and repeated until I had bought every thing.
popped as soon as i bought the last item.
My first try I went through the shop speed clicking each purchase
The 2nd time i re saved outside of town then tried it but again was speed clicking every thing
