If you have GeForce GTX 1050 - I was able to get the game to run by going to NVIDIA and applying updates. I think it was the "game ready driver".
As soon as I applied the update, the game launched and it automatically changed the game settings to lower quality and it has been running well since then. Haven't had any issues with stuttering or non-responsiveness that I've heard others have experienced.
