The fact that you were playing OK an hour ago and not now suggests that there is either a temporary backend issue or something changed on your PC that you are not aware of.
BTW - I cannot access the video you posted - "access denied".

I tried really all I could to play this game again it was fine than all of a sudden after a I re-started my pc the game was not launching I have attached a video of it.
I reinstalled cleared cached talked with xbox and ea supports to no avail please help a fellow member out.

My brother used a kind of spoofer for another game after that I cannot access it.
I have uploaded the video to youtube to make it %100 visiable.

What "spoofer" are you referring to?
Do you have any mods installed?
If you've overclocked your CPU or GPU, set them back to default while troubleshooting.
I also suggest you attach a DXDIAG report, as someone may spot something causing your issue.
