Having the same issue - unable to use my controller with jedi survivor anymore...
Same problem here. Switch pro controller isn't working. Was really getting into this game, I hope they fix it soon.

[Asking for information]
Hey Everyone,
If you are running into an issue with Steam Overlay or Controller input when playing Star Wars Jedi Survivor via Steam try the following first.
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
If the issue continues let us know the following...
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Which client do you play from?:
- Are you getting an error message?
- How long are you playing until this happens?
- Is anything else happening?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.
Cheers!

I've done all all the Repair/Verify and Cache stuff. My Nintendo Pro controller is only recognized as as keyboard/mouse, after working normally for 185 hours of gameplay.
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): 221e23327c1ba1b9
- Which client do you play from?: Windows 11, Steam
- Are you getting an error message? No
- How long are you playing until this happens? At game launch
- Is anything else happening?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... N/A
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
According to this Steam Community thread, an updated to the EA launcher is causing the problem:
https://steamcommunity.com/app/1774580/discussions/0/4134934526938537478Electronic Arts pushed out an update to the EA Desktop App on 1/16/2024 (version 13.104.0.5617). The Steam Overlay, and other Steam Integrations such as Steam Input seemed to stop working for Jedi: Survivor after this EA Desktop App update.
Steam Input is required to support controllers not "natively supported", the Nintendo Pro controller generally lacking native support on the PC Platform.

The EA Desktop App version 13.96.0.5609 worked fine. Today I updated to the EA Desktop app version 13.116.0.5629, which continues to not support Steam Integrations.
