[Asking for information]
Hey Everyone,
If you are running into an issue with Steam Overlay or Controller input when playing Star Wars Jedi Survivor via Steam try the following first.
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
If the issue continues let us know the following...
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Which client do you play from?:
- Are you getting an error message?
- How long are you playing until this happens?
- Is anything else happening?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

From the little feedback provided by the "Community Manager", one can only assume that it is actually some A.I. bot, and none of this is reaching any actual human being.

To confirm we may ask for additional information to better understand a potential issue and to assist our team with further investigating reports.
I last requested information from this thread as I can see a few other people have mentioned running into this issue, and gathering to requested information I helpful in further looking into this.

Why not simply load up the game on Steam for yourself and gather all the information you need directly?
