Stuck at “Pursue bode” can not progress the game anymore
My game can not progress anymore. I completely glitched out on mission “pursue bode”. No enemies show up, no boss fight triggered. I can’t go anywhere. Here is a video showing how this mission looks like Glitched out mission
This bug is potentially related to markers. If you place any marker on the map, the game will break.
Initially, I couldn’t interact with anything on Jedha, including elevators, door orbs, etc. I found some posts on the forum suggesting that this bug could be resolved by either removing all markers or placing a single marker.
Removing all markers didn’t work for me, so I tried the second option. I placed a marker on Koboh, and Jedha seemed to return to normal. It felt like my game was back to normal.
However, this is where I ended up—I can’t progress the story anymore. The game is completely broken for me unless EA fixes it. Many players have reported this issue on the EA forum, and I hope the developers have seen it and are working on a fix. This bug is quite severe, as it completely blocks game progression.
Be careful—don’t place any markers if you’re playing this game right now.
I think I found the issue. It seems to be related to the marker.
Even if you lose BD, the map is still accessible if you try to turn it on in your main task (menu, first tab, view on map). Just put a marker on the map (dont put marker outside the map), and everything should be fixed.
You can try putting all markers on the map or removing them if one doesn’t work for you.
