Stuck in raider veteran pin attack

A raider veteran on the Shattered Moon used the diving pin attack on me while I simultaneously threw my lightsaber at them. This caused the attack to break, resulting in Cal being stuck pinned to the ground by nothing and unable to get up (the button prompt appeared, but spamming the button did nothing) while his health slowly drained away.
