Stuck in Veiled Hangar, please help
I did not get on the elevator with Merill and Eno Cordova and I cannot summon the elevator. The only door I see is locked and the two switches do nothing. What should I do?

Community ManagerSorry you’re stuck there.
Normally, after meeting Cordova, you should be able to continue through the Veiled Hangar toward the Archive.
A couple of things worth trying:
- Fully close the game and restart it rather than continuing from suspend/rest mode.
- Once loaded back in, try temporarily changing the difficulty, then interact with the switches/Force orb again.
- If you have any map markers/beacons placed on Jedha, try removing them.
None of these work. I have confirmed with an AI chat-bot that this is a soft lock. I'll have to start the game over because I unfortunately don't have any other save states. Thanks anyway.
