Stuck on Mantis, need latest update to proceed

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug Stuck on Mantis
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing from the beginning until you reach and broad the mantis. When you're on the mantis the R3 button that appears at the destination table doesn't appear and the cockpit when I click the R3 button it says: THE GAME NEEDS TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE LASTEST PATCH IN ORDER TO PROCEED.
What happens when the bug occurs? It says it can't proceed until the latest patch has been downloaded and installed
What do you expect to see? Expect to see a notification on the right of your screen about downloading and installing a patch

When I broad the mantis after playing the first part. I appear in the back of the mantis and when I go to the front there's no R3 button displayed or anything showing on the holocromb plus when I go to the cockpit and press the R3 button to land it says: THE GAME NEEDS TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE LATEST PATCH IN ORDER TO PROCEED.

Sorry to make a report but i have bought the game Star Wars Jedi survivor on my ps5 and completed the first mission and on the mantis going to the next planet ,when i go to pilot it says To make sure I have the latest update and I am not able to download because it says there is no update even when I click check for update

@nzt48sizwe I think I figured it out, so when you go into the game, click the ps5 logo on your controller, there should be tabs below like the home, the game, etc. Go to the on with 2 dots above the triangle which should say downloads. After that, go to the game and should say something about it, and then click Resume on and should continue to update.

Thank you for this. I didn’t realize the game didn’t fully download overnight so spent 45 min looking for this phantom patch before I saw this post about the game not being completed.

@EA_Leeuw I'm having the same issue in May 2024, what is this s*(%T, game is up to date and I left the console on for a week in case the download was taking too long

What happens when it states that the file is up to date, I've paid lot of money for a game I can't play

Hello, my game is still having this issue. Is it required to also buy the deluxe upgrade when playing? I’ve uninstalled the game and restarted my PS5 already and still nothing.

@EA_Leeuw Has a patch been created? I've had this issue for several days and frankly am very disappointed
