Stuck traveling to kabol

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug Got to the ship and it’s telling me to kabol and it says I need to install latest patch. It won’t work and I’ve been trying everything.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ?
What happens when the bug occurs? ?
What do you expect to see? ?

Cannot get the bug fixed. Tried to erase and redownload 3 times and it’s still not working. Traveling on ship and it’s stuck.

    Let's make sure sequence of events is clear (these are the "How can we find the bug ourselves?" section of that form).

    1. you reinstall the game

    2. you start the game

    3. you select "Continue"

    4. the game puts you at or inside the Mantis

    5. you go to the holo table

    6. you select Koboh

    7. game tells you that you need a patch? What exactly does it say? Posting a picture would help.

    How much free space is on the drive after you install the game?
