I have tried every solution that the support have given me and they redirected me to report it here. I tried a lot of online solution, direct x, c , clean boot, antivirus etc. I tried the media quicktime pack thing, my windows is perfectly updated etc.&nbsp;

Update: If i try to start the game by pressing on the icon that pops up it says that "an update that is required to launch this game. Visit the game hub to begin your update." What is the game hub? how do i update it? What is wrong with this game????
