This game has been downloaded on too many PC's

I am really cheesed off with jedi survivor saying the error the game needs to be reactivated whuch I do then to get a follow up message saying an error about "too many computers" firstly I only run this on one PC because it crashed over and over again, why do I have to wait for a game thay should work and I've already paid for? I'm really not happy with purchasing such a poor products thats not giving me enjoyment but endless headaches
