Treasure in southern reach glitch

I'm trying to get the treasure at the arch between southern reach & ramblers reach. It's in the skull above the arch. And you're supposes to be able to force pull it down.  I've tried many times to do so as well as turning the game off and reopening it to try again.  It will not work. How can I get the treasure ???
