Unable to Call mount on Jedha

After reaching Jedda for the first time I was able to call the mount and move around without being eaten.

I then had to switch off and come off the game.

Today, I came back to it, loaded into the meditation point at the start of Jesus and now I’m unable to progress any further because I can’t call the mount. Tried switching off and on again, to no avail.

Any Recommendations?
