Unable to pull down lift in Lucrehulk core

I had a similar issue with force lift not working. Dying multiple times until a respaen was activated fixed the issue.

What happens when the bug occurs? The platform that Cal can force pull down which allows Cal access to the main elevator has disappeared.
What do you expect to see? The lift with the prompt for Cal to pull it down

After beating the game and defeating Jo the Cannibal, I wanted to return to the Lucrehulk to collect all the collectables that I missed the first time with Bode.  I was able to collect all of them except for one.

There is a force essence located in the Lucrehulk Core to the left of the main elevator when looking at it from the meditation point.  The normal way to access the essence would be to force pull down the platform directly in front of the meditation point, wait for it to rise again, and then obtain the essence.  However, this platform is missing for me and there is no alternate path to access the essence.  I am unsure when exactly it disappeared, but after the story mission on the Lucrehulk with Bode, I did not return to the Lucrehulk Core again until I had to fight Jo the Cannibal.  During the mission where I had to fight Jo, the platform was missing then as well.

I tried restarting my game and making Cal jump off a ledge to kill himself and respawn, but neither method succeeded and the platform remains missing.

Solution:  While typing this I went back to make sure all my information was correct before submitting, and while the platform remains missing for me, I was able to use the meditation point from the Forward Control Tower and rode the main elevator itself down to get the essence that way.  Hope this helps someone.

I am on PS5 and I can't get past here either even after dying multiple times.

Just a heads up for those playing on PS5. Switching to Performance Mode solved my issue.

You can't just fall to death, you have to be killed by an enemy and get the "find your enemy" screen. Of course the enemy that killed me was missing when I respawned. Had to rest and reset everything again to get my xp back and fix the problem 

This won’t help if you’re stuck progressing the story, but I was going back through to collect everything and had this problem and ending up fast traveling up to the Forward Control Tower and was able to go down the elevator from there.
