Unending crash to desktop during boss fight

Summarize your bug During the Vader fight after I die two or three times the game freezes immediately during the respawn loading screen every time and it hard locks my pc, i can't alt+f4, I have to reboot my pc. When I get about 2/3 of the way through the fight there is a cut scene it frooze as well. I cannot get past the Vader fight without the game freezing either way.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the Vader fight see if game crashes during death reload or after cutscene when Vader has 1/3 health left.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game Crashes
What do you expect to see? Game not crashing every time during this fight so I can continue game play.

UPDATE: Found a fix: every time I reloaded after Vader killed me, I also rested my character in order to do another respawn of Vader and was able to complete the fight.

Summarize your bug Each time I fight against Vader on Jedha (Cere), the game crashes (during the fight, while moovie). I can't finish it (it crashed even during the end moovie after the fight). Many different reason but only one consequence : I can't defeat Vader !

What do you expect to see? the end of the fight and maybe the end of the game one day !

After the latest patch, the game will crash on a boss fight on Jedha. The boss is an integral part of the game, and cannot be skipped.

Verified integrity of files, did sfc /scannow as admin, updated GPU, Windows 11 pro has latest updates. Not sure what else I can do besides disabling ray tracing.

Running on PC with a 4090, i9 13900k, 64gb RAM at 6200 MHz.

My game continually crashes during the Darth Vader fight with Cere. I have changed all the settings, repaired the installation, etc. and the game will not finish the fight. Ever. It's become unplayable. I have a * ton of hours into this game and it is beyond disappointing that I will not be able to finish the game.
