Unexpected Error - Bypassed Story Elements

Unexpected Error

The game keeps telling me “You seem to have bypassed certain story elements. Continuing to play from this point may encounter issues.” But I literally have been following guides online and have followed the EXACT path as others and this issue is not popping up on any of their playthroughs. This is during the cutscene when Cal reaches the vista to find Greez and a Wanderer approaches Cal.

Playing on Xbox Series X.

    FIX: Just rest on the Derelict Dam meditation point and replay the same path to Southern Reach medidation point. Just before to reach the double jumping wall, you should see the actual Boglings creatures to this to work. If they don't appear, just try again. On my first and second replay, the Boglings bugged and didn't appear. It was on my third replay of this path that the Boglings appeared. If they appear, then just go again to view point and the message shouldn't pop again.

    @pepain91 It worked! I'm so so grateful, I lost hours of gameplay, waited for two patches and reinstalled the game before this actually fixed it! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    Platform:Xbox Series X
    Summarize your bug Error message when meeting at south ridge when looking for Greez
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have tried to play the recommended and going back but the error continues to occur
    What happens when the bug occurs? It will load back to same start place. If I do the unrecommened and keep playing the game slows and freezes. Becomes very glitchy.
    What do you expect to see? A fix or patch

    When on the first planet looking to find greez I get an error message that I missed or skipped part of the story line. If I choose the recommended fix it resents me back to the last time the game worked. When I continue on. I get the same message when I get back to the same spot in the game. If I choose to play on with the broken path, the game play slows and freezes or I get skipping dialogue.
