Updates on the EA App

Hi.  On the EA App I don't think that I got the update patch yesterday that was supposed to be rolled out on PC.  I checked again earlier and there was still no update.  I've just finished work and thought I'd play when I see an Update 🙂

So the first one was about 28MB, sounds all good.  I say first one because straight after it wanted to download a 1.4GB update... Maybe this is the one I was supposed to get yesterday? 🤨

Well that's not too bad I guess, but it wasn't the last.  Now it is in the process of downloading a 35GB update!  35?!

There are no patch notes in the EA App, no patch notes on the website, no patch notes on the forum.  How exactly am I supposed to know what is in these and more to the point how big they're supposed to be?  I realise there is a Tweet but that neither explains the contents or has the size.  Patch notes really should be easy to find.

Is it supposed to be downloading 3 patches of this size?  Is the 35GB the last?  I am assuming that it's downloading 35GB of mainly replacement files and you're not just going to increase the on disk size by that amount...
