Where do I ask for a patch fix or update to Jedi Survivor?

Jedi Survivor keeps crashing on my PS4 without an error code. Just tells me to delete and redownload. I have deleted the game 3 times and still persisted, deleted for a 4th time including all saved data. And then crashed right after the first Coreusant mission. I would like a bug fix, patch, or update for this game so it will no longer crash. If some sort of update is unavailable then I believe money or credited to my account should be in order.

    A patch will not be issued for one person out of millions asking for a patch. If numerous people had a similar issue and this forum lit up with that issue, the game manufacturer (Respawn in this case) would look into it and determine if a patch was required.

    This being said, you have an issue and it needs to be addressed.

    While I'm not a big PS4 person, some other posts (not specific to Jedi Survivor) suggest resetting your PS4.

    If that doesn't fix it for you, hopefully, someone more familiar with PS4 will respond.
