Why can't I install Jedi Survivor without getting an error message?

@GGgod614 This happened to mee too I payed for EA play plus to play with this game at launch I had constant crashes at the 2nd map till the last update in this week. Finaly I could play one day and then the next day this happened. This is very disappointing. Trying to reinstall cleared cache. Nothing helped. Tried to write an error report in the app and then the error report window had an error when I typed an essay about the problem. Starting to think theese problems isn't being fixed so I have to pay for another moth of ea play plus.
