Xbox One version help!

just got Xbox One version and game crashes at exact same spot, just after meditation point after beating Ninth Sister, when heading down the stairs.  I’ve tried uninstall/reinstall, delete local save data and reload cloud data, reduce any quality settings i can find.  Plenty of free drive space.  Not overheating.  Game and Xbox are up to date.  Was really excited to see I could play this game on my older One X, but way too early in the game to be dealing with this :-(

Any suggestions to be able to keep playing?? TIA
