SWTOR S

Hallo zusammen, 

ich versuche nun seit heute Morgen den SWTOR Support per Telefon zu erreichen.

Eine andere Alternative gibt es ja anscheinend nicht. Jedoch kommt immer nur "Es stehen keine Spieleberater bereit".

Als ich dann einfach mal den Support im Livechat versuchte wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dort erst Abends gearbeitet wird.

Warum steht, dann 10-19 Uhr UTC auf der Website? 

Gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit mit dem Support in Kontakt zu treten oder sind die Supportzeiten einfach anders als auf der Website?

    The new phone support opening hours are as follows:

    English Support available Monday – Saturday, 14.00 UTC - 23.00 UTC
    French Support available Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM UTC
    German Support available Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM UTC

    For the most up to date information keep an eye on this thread going forward, any changes made to the open hours or numbers for support will be updated in that thread.

    Hallo @soulclaw1991,

    wir nehmen aktuell ein paar Änderungen am SWTOR Support und den Anrufzeiten vor. Sobald wir mehr konkrete Informationen haben, werden wir dies auch hier nochmal ankündigen.

    Aber genau, auch per E-Mail kann man Kontakt aufnehmen.

    Ich hoffe, dir kann dann noch weitergeholfen werden!
