“There you are” achievement

Hi, I have been trying to get this achievement for years. I have dr lokin unlocked and in my alliance base and all I need to do is feed a rakghoul called scritchy that spawns in. The problem is that I can’t see him. Anyone else that enters my phase can see him but I can’t. I have tried resetting phase, changing character render, targeting my targets target.

this leaves me unable to get the achievement as I can’t target him to feed him.
