Loading Screen Issue
I recently got a new laptop and ever since, I have had issues. First day I played, the game froze and then crashed, now I cant get past the loading screen. Everything i have in the laptop meets the game requirements.

Start with this guide and ensure at least the video driver is up to date
Lower gfx settings as well if using an intel video card most do not meet the min spec regarding video ram
