Hi everyone,Before i start, english is not my native language so i'm sorry if i write wrongly.So i have got this problem, i can't start the launcher and i get this error message " Unable to load the application configuration ".I have this problem since 2 weeks already ( and i am a subrscriber so that sucks to pay while i can't play ).I did many research online and i have tried many things but nothings worked so far.If anyone knows a way to fix this problem that would be very helpful.I'm using windows 10 btw.

@WedgesAntilles71 Have you tried the below ? Press win to open the start menu. Type in cmd to search for Command Prompt. Press ctrl+shift+enter to launch Command Prompt as administrator. type on the CMD window: "netsh winsock reset catalog" and press enter.after done, type: "netsh int ip reset reset.log" and press enter.reboot computer.

@WedgesAntilles71 When you say fixlauncher utility you mean the repair utility at this link ? Take the system to full clean boot per this link and advise if the launcher (run as administrator) at least appears ok or not

@WedgesAntilles71 Ensure launcher.exe is in the antivirus and firewall and set to tun as administrator try Press the [Windows] Key + [R] at the same time Copy the following in to the text box and press ok %localappdata% now once here scroll down and delete swtor and Swtorperf folders , if you have any custim UI you want to save go into the swtor folder in that location and copy the GuiProfiles folder to the desktop so it can be pasted back later into the same location once the game works again.

Hmm those folders should exist in the appdata location if the game has been played on this system before. Can you make a new windows administrator account on that system as a test and log into this new profile and see if any change with starting the launcher

@WedgesAntilles71 Initially open a command prompt as administrator and type sfc /scannow See if that finds errors and corrects them all ?

the command prompt will need to be running to type the sfc command in it

press the windows key and type cmd you should see command prompt listed , right mouse click on it and select run as administrator

then in the black command prompt type

sfc /scannow

oh my bad, i misunderstood.
So i did it and i get this :

( i used google translate to translate in english as it is not the main language of the computer because my friend is not here to help me to translate. So it might be a liuttle bit wrong for some words )

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I got this :

cleanup-image option is unknown.
For more information, please execute DISM.exe /? For instructions.

The DISM log can be found in C: \ Windows \ Logs \ DISM \ dism.log
