Can you add a DxDiag to your next post?
@RealymanLP here is mine and is doing the same thing. I have deleted the bitraider and even gone as far as full deleting and reinstalling SWTOR. Please help. Thank you.

see the causes and resolution listed at that link
try DDU https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3067 and do a clean nvidia driver install see if any change
