"A connection error" on server selection

I download the game around 7 months ago and play just fine but i remove it around november, today i re-download the game and found this weird message that dont leave me choose a server, even the planet animation behind is a black screen without sound. I already disable my antivirus and add the stuff(exe and launcher) on the firewall(which was already check).

I even create a new account to check(the one of the screen) and still got the same problem.

EXTRA: Something i notice is that the graphic configuration is the same even after i use CCcleaner the last time when i delete everything, I dont know if is a bad cache or some loose files from the launcher of the previous download.
