Hello I accidentally abandoned a main story arc quest on Alderaan with the name "Traitor", and i've read alot of posts about this issue from multiple people. Have i understood it right that i can't ...
If its a class mission you can try to go back to where you first got it which is usually the holo terminal on your ship to see if it will restart it. If not then yes you would need to submit an in-game ticket to get the issue resolved but you can only do that if your are a subscriber.
Another option would be to email support @swtor.com and see if they can assist with restoring it that way.
