Accidently delete my character
Guys, i need your help. What shall i do if i accidently delete my character with cartel coin market purchase( togrutue race)?

If you deleted the character with the token that you have not redeemed you can submit an in-game ticket to ask the character to be restored. This is the only way to restore a deleted character however you will need to be a subscriber to submit an in-game ticket even if it's just for a month.
If you just need the token you can call Customer Service to see if they can either assign the token to another character or refund the cartel coins spent to purchase the token. You can use the below information to call Customer Service:
