Likely will be fine, think it would take more then one report and when they investigate they should need evidence and more then your say so.

I know you used to be able to see spam reports (perhaps only email spam reports) in your Customer Service Help Request (Ctrl +/) window if it was still open. You can check there and see if there is a ticket, although I agree that I don't think there will be any action taken if nothing seemed "spammy" prior to your report.
