Account bannded because of 2 VPNs have different address.

My account got banned today, as many of us.

I used 2 portforwards to log in game because can not connect in my current country.

Is it solvable? Calling EA support will be an internation phone call... And I registered my account in UK, but can not phone UK support here, USA support is closing.

...

Want to ask..

- Can I unban my account?

- Can I ask for white list my account? I will use portforward many times, and do not want to meet the ban again, or triggar life long imprisonment.

- I have many detailed information about my play to prove the account is in my hand, even game screenshots, but I forgot some detail of account.

Calling will in this Case probably not help (if you still will try read the VoIP Methods).

The correct way to go for an banned Account is here.

From the link provided by @Ahrngrim  While we make every effort to address these inquiries within 72 hours, the time required to do a full investigation may vary

and 72hrs I would consider minimum time for response excluding weekends

Yeah, you definitely need to wait longer than 24 hours.

I find it unlikely that you were banned because of different IP addresses. Here in Europe, our IP addresses change pretty much daily and it is not a problem.

It is probably one of the following two reasons:

    • Someone else on the same VPN was botting or doing something else illegal, and he had the same IP address as you, so when he was banned, you were banned as well.
    • You live in a country where the US has an embargo, and as such a US company like EA is not allowed to do business with you.

In the former case, you have a good chance of being able to appeal the ban (specifically mention that you play on a VPN because playing on a VPN is allowed). And in the future, I'd recommend to not use VPNs, or use paid VPNs where you are sure there are no hackers on it.

And in the latter case, there's nothing you can do except moving to another country. Even if you evade the ban, they will catch you sooner or later.
