Account Issue
I went to purchase some more Cartel Coins on my preferred account, and the website said my account was a free-to-play (which is not true), and I could not purchase cartel coins at this time because of an issue with my account.

Sounds like their is a ban on the account (compromised maybe) anyways you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open so they can look at the account for you
