Account suspended due to asking for it to be deleted but can't make new account

Banned or deleted ? why would you be dealing with the disputes team who only deal with TOS violations

Deleted, but I get that suspension message whenever I try to make a new account or login again so based on that I emailed the disputes email cause of what I saw in other forums. True, it's for violations, I guess that's why no response.

What was the swtor displayname of the swtor account can try and ascertain the best way forward from here

I tried back then but to no avail, I think I couldn't get through. From my understanding, the account isn't recoverable now and it's considered just unusuable, but do you think there might be a way to at least separate the email from the account?
