Account Validation
Hello, I came to lvl 20 of my pj in a free to play account more than an hour ago that I am sending the request for the validation of mail, try with my gmail account and my googlemail account and I would not be reaching the mail

Normally using either the gmail or googlemail variants should work, but there's also other options to use with gmail: https://gmail.googleblog.com/2008/03/2-hidden-ways-to-get-more-from-your.html
i Just started playing again this last week, decided to sub to get rid of lvl up restrictions. My character is level 16 now and it asks me to validate my account, i enter my email address, which is on yahoo, and i never receive the validation email. I am stuck here and i can;t play.
Swap to an email address not associated with any EA account and see if that solves the validation issue.
Sometimes the emails can be delayed or removed as spam so worth checking that as well but if it has been more then 24 hours , change the email address used.
- I did not know you could input another email address for validation. I thought it is mandatory to use account registration email. I'll try that and be back with an update. Thx for the reply
- I used a gmail address and it worked. Thx a lot, i really appreciate it. Now i can continue past level 20 and give this game a shot
