All my uI settings have been reset to the basic default after a Windows Update.

After installing a Windows 10 Preview Update I noticed that all of my UI settings have been reset to the basic default settings. I have had this happen in the past, but usually, If I open the UI Editor there will be a list of the past UI saves. Not this time. I vaguely remember hearing that there was a location that they were saved to on the computer but I don't recall where it is offhand.

I am hoping somebody can point me to where they UI's are stored. I don't want to contemplate rebuilding the UI of 19 characters.
