Paysafecard payment Problem SWTOR

I bought a 40,-EUR Paysafecard yesterday and wanted to use it to buy Cartel Coins. 

So I went to the Website and selected everything, I typed in the Code and I saw that everything was fine, the Code had the 40,-EUR on it and it looked good. Now a Day later, the Coins havent arrived and when I check my Payment History I see a failed Order. 

I wrote to Customer Service ingame and all in all im at my latins end.
