"An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again"

Hi, I've been trying to sub again to SWTOR but I'm getting the error "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}" every time. 

I tried adding two others CCs, both always work for online games but for some reason I can't add them to my account. 

I already reset my EA Password, and tried subbing through incognito mode, nothing seems to work. 

My username is Hekkatoido, the card I'm trying to use is the one already stored in my account (which already worked for the first sub). 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    @Hekkatoid 

    seems there is an issue purchasing on swtor.com at present, best to wait 24 hrs, otherwise if linked to steam, steam purchase will work

  • @proxos666 Hi, I tried again but got the same error, should I wait some more or could there be another reason?
  • Hello, apologies for the duplicated post, but I had already closed my previous post. 

    In short, I tried subbing on the weekend and kept getting the "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}" message. I waited the 24 houurs the post on the forum said to wait for but I'm still getting this issue even two days later, I also tried cleaning my browser and trying to sub through incognito mode to no avail. 

    The only thing I haven't tried is Steam because I do not want to deal with the hassle of subbing there, but if that's my only choice I'll do it, I'd just like confirmation of any issue with my account or something related to that first.

    @Hekkatoid 

    support said that none of your attempts have been 24 hours apart.

    They advise to wait 48 hours just to be on the safe side now, tho they can see you had issues before that as well so may not of been related to the earlier purchase issue.

    maybe add that card to a paypal account and try purchasing via paypal is my recommendation
